These Terms of Service govern your use of EAZI PACK and your participation in the Kit-Crew.
1. Independent Contractor Relationship
Participation in the Kit-Crew is offered on an independent contractor basis unless otherwise stated in writing. Joining the Kit-Crew does not create an employment relationship between you and EAZI PACK.
2. Eligibility
By submitting your information, you confirm that you are legally able to perform this type of work and are authorized to work in the United States, where applicable.
3. Work Alerts and Batch Availability
Joining the Kit-Crew does not guarantee that work will be available at any given time. Batch opportunities may vary based on demand, location, timing, and operational needs.
4. Accepting Work
You are free to decide whether to accept or decline available batch work. Acceptance of a batch may be subject to timing, availability, and any requirements communicated in advance.
5. Quality Standards
Completed work must meet the required standard for the assigned batch. Work that does not meet the stated requirements may be delayed, returned for correction where applicable, or not approved for payout.
6. Payouts
Payouts are based on the completed work, batch, or batch size, depending on the type of work. Rates are shared before a batch is accepted. Payout is processed after completed work has been reviewed and approved.
7. No Fees
EAZI PACK does not charge registration fees, startup fees, or security deposits to join the Kit-Crew. Any request for payment in exchange for access to work should be treated with caution and verified directly with us.
8. Communications
By joining the Kit-Crew, you agree to receive communications related to work opportunities, batch updates, scheduling, and related coordination by email, phone, or messaging services such as WhatsApp.
9. Ending Participation
You may ask to be removed from the Kit-Crew at any time. We may also suspend or end participation at our discretion if needed for operational, compliance, or quality reasons.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
